Set up in 1962, the business started out as a small butchery. It gradually grew, then in 1987 the founder’s children Silvietto, Dario and Nora decided to start producing and selling high-quality Speck. Throughout 2018 and 2019, Bomè S.r.l. bought up the land around its site so it could expand further. This two-storey extension has added more than 9000 m2 to the original facility. Bomè has obtained a number of voluntary certifications, including IFS, Halal, Organic, Qualità Trentino and it is authorised for export to USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Canada, EAU, Taiwan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and more.
