Giulio and Vincenzo Bonfissuto continue to affirm their talent and their passion for the great Sicilian pastry making.
Their path and the development of their gastronomic project have roots that are not too "ancient" given their young age, but exudes all the thousand-year-old tradition that the art of Sicilian pastry making brings with it. The mix of youthful enthusiasm and technical rigor leads to the development of recipes and creations that revisit the heritage of Sicilian pastry making and some of the baked desserts typical of the "Italian" tradition such as Panettone without "offending".
