The business was founded in 1958 is engaged in natural season in 15 different rooms with controlled humidity on wooden boards of a wide range of dairy products. We count more than 250 types of cheese, from the niches of the Valtellina territory, to the main DOP, Italian and foreign. In our packaging department, on the other hand, cheeses are portioned in vacuum or ATM depending on the customer's needs.
