The business was founded in 1958 is engaged in natural season in 15 different rooms with controlled humidity on wooden boards of a wide range of dairy products. We count more than 250 types of cheese, from the niches of the Valtellina territory, to the main DOP, Italian and foreign. We also have a room for cutting and grating cheeses. Starting in early May, we will be receiving a new line for doing portioned products (even at a fixed weight). We are FSSC:22000 certificated in food seciruty and we already have FDA registration. Our Facility number are IT 03 492 UE.
