We are an Italian family-run company founded in 1976 in Bergamo, Lombardy. We produce cured meats, with a specific focus on salami. We have a state-of-the-art slicing room. We operate worldwide and hold IFS and BRC certifications. Our production facility is currently being registered for export to the USA. We work primarily with large-scale retail trade, both directly and through distributors or brokers. We are welcome to manage private label projects.
