Bramardi is specialized in handcrafted chocolate products. Its best seller is the traditional "Cuneese Bramardi with rum" tied to town of Cuneo, it is made by a crunchy shell of dark chocolate stuffled with soft custard, cocoa paste and quality rum. Throught the years has added 20 various stuffing with and without liquor such as: zabaione, coffee, hazelnut etc. Other Bramardi's products are gianduiotti, gianduia cream, white and black truffles, nougat with rum, made with traditional method and high quality raw materials.
