Brasca e Füm was founded in the province of Como in 2025 with a simple idea: to bring authentic American-style barbecue to wherever good food and conviviality are needed. Across private and corporate events, street food, local partnerships, and delivery, we share a passion for authentic BBQ and grill culture. After attending past editions of the BBQ Expo as guests, this year we will be exhibiting for the first time at the Grill & Beer Village, where we will present our take on Baltimore Pit Beef, an iconic Maryland street food.
