The company is an 8th generation family business.

Located in Zanè, Veneto region, recently they created an innovative eco-sustainable chain in Moravia, the most fruitful and pure region in Czech Republic.
By rich fertile soil, they provide Brazzale with an abundance of first quality milk that forms the basis of Gran Moravia cheese production.
Gran Moravia is a hard cheese made with the same craftsmanship and traditional Italian methods aged.
