We started writing our story in 2014. That’s when we
decided to establish a company named BREADWAY in
Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. Together with
our master bakers and top bakers from all over Europe we
spent a lot of time in developing our own original recipes
and baking processes to create truly innovative craft bakery
combining traditional methods with modern technology.
We proudly embrace the roots of an old artisanal bakery
which used to be founded on slow fermentation process.
