Bussy since 1967 is the specialist in the production of wafers. Today Bussy produces over 200 references of different sizes and tastes, all produced with selected high-quality ingredients, with natural flavours and without palm oil.
The product range is divided into :
- Wafers ready to be filled with all that is creamy (ice cream, cream, ganache, semifreddo ...) for the creation of desserts.
- Wafers ready to decorate and enrich desserts of all kinds;
- Wafers ready for the home: a selection of wafers in elegant metal boxes or in cards that can be sold directly to the customer.
