Our production ranges from multi-varietal extra virgin olive oils (a new addition is the “Suolo” line, made with olives tied to their specific harvesting areas—mountains, badlands, and seaside), to typical Abruzzese monovarietals (Intosso, Tortiglione), and a line of organic oils.
We also offer naturally flavored oils with a wide range of tastes: flavored oil is a stylish touch for your dishes. Infusing oil can serve different purposes: sometimes it’s used to “color” oils, adding bright bursts of flavor to a dish; other times, it’s to infuse the distinctive aromas of a particular herb.
