Acetaia iSolai was born from Emilian families linked to their land, their traditions and the passion for excellent food products.
We are in Ganaceto, a small town on the outskirts of Modena, in the "heart" of the Balsamic Vinegar area.
For more than 100 years we have been producing authentic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, POD and many other balsamic pecialties.
At TuttoFood we present a special collection created in collaboration with the star Michelin Chef Carlo Cracco.
