Easy Food Srl is a company based in Calabria that operates in the food processing and innovation sector. Since 2014, easy food focuses its efforts on developing a new packaging for the Calabrian nduja, the most famous spicy salami in the world. For the first time in Italy and in Europe, a sachet and a sac à poche of nduja are distributed whitout preservatives or colorings, respecting the Calabrian tradition.
The old image of nduja stuffed into gut to be kept in the refrigerator or in a jar, is completely overturned.
