Since 1892 our family has been producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil wich has always beeb at the service of the consumer, bringing the traditional Mediterranean style to the table. Through a careful selection of the best raw materials that the Hyblean mountains offer, a high quality oil comes to life; it is green, veiled for natural decantation; its aroma is very intense, a fruity green olive, has a full-bodied flavor, with a very balanced spicy bitterness, it also has hints of artichoke and oregano. Its use is excellent for cooking every recipe of Mediterranean cuisine.
