We were and are an agricultural company located in Ariano Irpino (Italy). We grow high quality durum wheat (using ancient seeds which have low productivity but are rich in proteins, gluten and fibre). Aware of this, we created a company pasta factory; we only transform wheat produced in our company by producing 0 km pasta. We obtain healthy and genuine pasta, free of any chemical residue (No glyphosate). Bronze-drawn dry pasta. The bronze drawing and slow drying make it full-bodied and rough, so as to hold any seasoning well.
