Francesco Ricciardi, owner of the family business, continues the tradition started by his grandparents in 1964. In the bakery-biscuit factory in San Lorenzello (BN), we have been producing quality baked goods for over 50 years, following traditional recipes. Specializing in taralli, we use certified local raw materials and follow rigorous HACCP standards. Our sourdough starter and artisanal processing guarantee unique flavor and long shelf life.
