Gebar Srl was founded in the 1990s by experienced restaurant professionals. Initially specializing in the production of fruit-filled gelato and artisanal sorbets for local gelato shops and restaurants, it expanded to include the construction of a dedicated facility in 2002 and the launch of the Cremducale brand. The company expanded its product range to include gelato cakes, semifreddos, single-serving desserts, and traditional Italian specialties, including handmade Babà. The products are made with select raw materials, combining artisanal quality and certified standards.
