Settemisure was born in Solopaca in the heart of the Taburno regional park. Our mission is to enhance the Sannio territory through the production of excellent extra virgin olive oils. From the olive trees of the famous ORTICE variety we obtain our MOSAICO, an extra virgin olive oil characterized by intense vegetal sensations and accentuated aromatic notes. On the nose it is rich and intense, characterized by balsamic notes of basil, mint and sage. On the palate it is decisive and complex, with a strong memory of celery, tomato and ripe apple.
