Our journey began in 1990 when, from Tuscany, home of great artisan tradition and absolute beauty, we traveled to the remote lands of Central America and Africa to select the best raw materials. We were bean-to-bar pioneers and every day since then we return products capable of expressing, without interference, the essence of this ancient journey. Our philosophy is, above all, a way of understanding and experiencing the most authentic excellence of chocolate: very few ingredients and careful processing reflected in an agreeable and elegant taste becoming “CIOCCOLATO ASSOLUTO”.
