Since four generations we have been producing certified 100%italian or Tuscan extra virgin olive oil in our own mill. We select the best olives from the territory. The secret is that we are Artisans, we are passionate about all stages of production from managing the olive groves to milling.
We have also decided to keep alive another historical family activity: stone milling of soft and hard wheat . The flours we produce, strictly from 100% Italian and Tuscan grains, are then processed into cookies, crackers and artisanal pasta of the highest quality.
