For over 40 years the Annessi family has handed down the art of pressing from father to son, combining it with the cultivation of the olive trees themselves. Thanks to the work and passion for this extraordinary product, the oil mill it grew and transformed into the current complex. The combination of progress and tradition can be still clearly visible. With skilful craftsmanship two continuous cycle systems are kept in motion 24 hours a day for about two months while managing to produce an extra virgin olive oil completely cold and with the flavor of other times.
