The company has been using the "SHORT SUPPLY CHAIN" method since 1925 and for us animal
welfare is the first step to having good products.
We have a new structure immersed in the greenery of the Pisan hills where the air and climatic
conditions are perfect for the maturation and seasoning of cured meats and hams.
We only use Chianina meat and native breeds, Gray and Cinta Senese pigs reared in the wild/semi-
wild state.
We do not use preservatives, caseinates, nitrates, gluten
