For over thirty years, Cannone has been producing and selling vegetables preserved in oil, brine, vinegar, and natural.
To ensure the highest quality, Cannone has implemented a thorough system of controls based on a set of processes and actions to organize and manage the quality of its products.
It all starts with the raw materials: the producers are selected by Cannone technicians who perform analyses and checks on the entire production chain. Samples are taken in the field, before harvesting, upon entry into processing plants and during the processing phases.
