Cartantica was founded in Parma in 1989 and is specialized in restoration and conservation of books, documents, drawings and prints, newspapers and posters; and in general on all the works on paper and parchment of large and small format, both ancient and contemporary. In addition, it deals with offering ad-hoc solutions for artistic and modern bookbinding, the production of hand-made marbled paper, boxes and carpets for conservation; working for both public and private customers. The group is also constantly updated on all new techniques and technologies in the conservation sector.
