For the consumer, the Ca.Bre Casearia Bresciana brand is synonymous with authenticity, tradition and quality.
Ca.Bre today employs over 80 people and processes around 70,000 tonnes of milk every year, representing a third of the entire cooperative dairy sector in the Brescia area.

With modern production, refining, grating and packaging systems, Ca.Bre annually produces 70,000 wheels of Grana Padano and 30,000 quintals of Provolone, placing itself at the top in Italy among cooperative dairies and in both Italian and foreign large-scale distribution.
