The Casearia Casabianca srl was founded in Fondi (LT) in 1995, in the center of the homonymous farm already producing DOP milk, which today has about 1,000 buffalo heads. The farm covers an area of approximately 90 hectares; it is entirely dedicated to raising Mediterranean buffaloes and producing the fodder needed to feed this extraordinary animal. We are therefore faced with a classic example of a short supply chain, that is, a company that has complete control of all stages of production.
