Casearia Monti Trentini is a cheese company based on the province of Trento, North east of Italy. They collect daily the milk from 140 small farms which are located on the mountains around the Company. They produce mainly Asiago, Grana Padano and Provolone but also pasta filata, traditional cheeses and aromatized cheeses. From nearly 40 different kind of cheeses, thanks to the modern technology on their packaging facility, Monti Trentini can produce more than 300 different kind of finished products. The company actively exports in more than 20 countries around the world.
