A family run business that started in 1865 producing and ageing soft PDO and high quality cheese: Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Stracchino, Gorgonzola-mascarpone and buffalo cheese. It is also available a range of organic cheese, gourmet truffle cheese and ready-to-eat cheese in small sizes.Our high quality is the goal of a path that starts from the choice of milk and continuous through the details of each process. In the production the most advanced technologies are combined with steps performed deliberately still by hand and special cares are dedicated to the ageing process.
