La Pecora di Massimiliano is an holding of companies which produce cheese. We have two cheese factories: one of ripening in Montalcino, in the fabulous Val D’Orcia area, and one of production in Val di Cornia, in which we use 100% green energy: “Caseificio San Martino”. “Formaggeria Toscana” is our basic line, which has several products that fit all the expectations.
