Caseificio dei Colli Pugliesi di Maiullari e c. srl was founded in 1991,
developing from the original sole propietorship “Caseificio Maiullari
Vitantonio”, which was started in 1980. It is located in the artisanal and
industrial district PIP of Santeramo in Colle, extending over a property of
approximately 5,000 sq meters, 3,000 of which occupied by the premises of
the dairy factory.
The company has been leading in the market for the production and
sale of fresh and ultra-fresh dairy specialties, using local fresh milk, collected
