Caseificio Fratelli Castellan comes from the historical experience of the "Latteria Turnaria" of Ponte di Piave, founded in 1919, one of the dairies that had already spread in the current Triveneto at the end of the nineteenth century and which aimed to process the milk of its member farmers of the dairy. In its mission, the Dairy is focused not only on preserving high quality, ancient recipes and artisanal methods but also on promoting a healthy lifestyle, correct nutrition, enhancing the territory and protecting environmental and social sustainability.
