Since 1953 Caseificio Gennari produces, seasons and sells Parmigiano Reggiano with a complete supply chain. Recently our dairy has been restructured and enlarged in its productive department and currently our daily production exceeds 90 wheels. We can offer a complete variety of Parmigiano Reggiano in different seasoning: Frisona, Disolabruna, Bio and Red Cows. We can supply all types of customers as well in Italy as abroad, thanks to BRC and IFS certification as well as FDA registration.
Recently authorized for export to China and Brazil.
