Caseificio Gennari has been producing, aging, and marketing Parmigiano Reggiano since 1953, following a fully integrated supply chain. Recently renovated and expanded, it has now reached a daily production of approximately 100 wheels. We offer a complete range of Parmigiano Reggiano in the Frisona, Bruna, and Vacca Rossa varieties, aged from 13 to 110 months. We operate in both Italian and international markets thanks to BRC and IFS certifications and FDA registration. We are also authorized to export to China, Korea, and Brazil. We have started the making of Parmigiano Reggiano "Di Montagna"
