Caseificio La Valle delle Bontà was founded in Poggiomarino in 1992 by a family head deeply rooted in dairy traditions.
The company produces dairy products and fresh cheeses, from mozzarella made with buffalo milk to fiordilatte, provola, ricotta, trecce, as well as caciotte and caciocavalli.
The family's experience, combined with a path of innovation, has led to the creation of new products such as Fiordilatte Vesuvio, but especially “Caciobufala del Vesuvio” , an exclusive creation of La Valle delle Bontà, made with buffalo milk that makes it sweet and soft.
