The "Caseificio Maldera S.r.l. " was founded in 2006 in Corato, a nice city in the province of Bari, due to work of Giuseppe Maldera that continues family's activity born in the 1972. The teachings guarded, between memories and traditions handed down from father to son, have decreed success at national and international scale. Among the various products of the Maldera cheese factory ,"Burrata Cheese" represents its core business. The Burrata is characterised by its special processing technique and its unique taste that makes it one of the most appreciated dairy product of Puglia.
