CASEIFICIO VAL D'APSA DI MATTEI M.G. E C. SNC

The Caseificio Val d’Apsa origins with the same name since the ‘70s. It specializes in the production of excellence dairy products, with particular interest in sheep and mixed cheese, both fresh and aged, comprised of two facilities: the first one in Urbino, named Caseificio Val D’Apsa, producer of the Casciotta D’Urbino DOP and Formaggio Di Fossa Di Sogliano DOP. The other one in San Lorenzo Nuovo, with the Pecorino Toscano DOP and Pecorino Toscano Stagionato DOP. In 2011, both the facilities obtained the prestigious IFS/BRC certifications and have FDA registration.
