Cav. Umberto Boschi is a family business active for four generations, leader in the production of Salame Felino PGI and other italian specialties.
All production is processed and matured in our two plants (Felino and Lesignano) so that our experts have control over every single phase.
Combining our quest for quality with a service that is in step with the times, thus was born the new line Cavalier Umberto Boschi range of sliced meats. The cured meats we use in our store-bought packs are the same ones you can find at your local delicatessen.
Boschi is able to design tailor-made projects.
