Since 1987, CDM FOOD has sought to revitalize the finest Apulian traditions with a wide range of baked goods typical of the Bari region and artisanal pasta.
We are located in southern Italy, in Apulia, a region renowned for producing the highest quality durum wheat semolina.
Following recipes handed down through generations and using simple ingredients, combined with creativity and imagination, we have created SFIZIOSI, a salted snack line, featuring the TARALLO, the STUZZICHINO, and the QUADROTTO.
CDM Food also produces ARTISANAL PASTA made exclusively with 100% Italian wheat semolina.
