Panificio Cherchi is an artisan company ounded in 1995, by Mrs. Rosalia, that specializes in manufacturing and marketing of parchment bread crackers, a variety of the traditional carasau bread. Twenty years of experience and professionalism allow the Cherchi family to ensure a high quality product while preserving the flavours and traditions of Sardinia.
The main strongpoints at the Cherchi bakery are authenticity, the goodness of all the products, the choice of high quality raw materials and an advanced laboratory which fully complies with the strictest food regulations.
