I am Edoardo Scagliotti, I turned 18 at the end of December 2011 and I registered with the chamber of commerce in January, when I was still attending the last year of agricultural expert at the Luparia Agricultural Institute of San Martino di Rosignano. I inherited my passion for the land from my grandparents and from my father, an agrotechnician, who I followed in his work with curiosity and interest since I was a child. In conjunction with my studies I had a very formative experience for my profession, an internship in an experimental research center on rice seedlings.
