The Altereco Social Cooperative of Cerignola was founded in 2008 as a "Concrete Gesture" of the Project
Policoro, which brings together boys and girls who decide to invest in their passion for
own land. Altereco promotes job placement opportunities for people
disadvantaged through activities on assets confiscated from the mafias, on which social agriculture is practiced,
restorative through the direct cultivation of the land and is committed to the diffusion of culture
of conscious citizenship, active participation, education on legality and others
critical consumption
