The Molino Crisafulli (Mill) in Caltagirone dates back to the early 1900s. We keep it alive with great passion because it allows for artisanal, non-automated milling: the miller's contribution, his experience, and his sensitivity make all the difference. We feel like custodians of this history and the goodness the mill produces. We cultivate ancient, native grains in the heart of Sicily, carefully producing stone-milled flours and artisanal pasta. We have brought hemp cultivation back to the island for food. From its seeds, we produce flour, pasta, beer, and an award-winning oil.
