The story of our bakery begins in 1967 in Jelsi, a tiny village of Molise thanks to the precious art of bread and pastries baked on-site daily by Mr. Pasquale Cianciullo. Few years ago, Mr. Cianciullo handed over the reins to his young son Francesco. Today, our production includes a large set of sweet pastries and cookies prepared according to the traditional Italian recipes.
