Ciemme Alimentari is a specialized potato gnocchi producer since 2005; Its range of products includes traditional, orgnic, gluten free, stuffed and frozen gnocchi, with own brand and in private label too.
In the production plant there is an in-house quality office, which carries out more then 50 inspections every day for every procuction, to guarantee high quality standards and to study new recipes .
It has obtained the most importants certifications in the fields.
