Our farm aims to spread appreciation for the wild artichoke, a local traditional product still unknown to the large market. The farm is established in the hinterland of the Locride.Our land extends around Benestare in the province of Reggio Calabria.We knew that in order to achieve excellence we had to work the wild artichokes directly on our premises within 24 hours from harvesting. That’s why our own craft production workshop was born in 2018. It is equipped with all the HCCP certifications and all the machines that are needed to maintain a highly modern quality standard of production.
