CALABRAITTICA specializing in canned blue fish is an example of sustainability applied to fishing products. The fishing methods are respectful of the marine balance, the fish comes from Italian seas, caught with the "Lampara" and the "Cianciolo", a typical technique practiced in Southern Italy, using small fishing boats equipped with floating lamps. Craftsmanship is fundamental for us. It is recognizable by its natural colors: the brilliant silvery livery that we leave intact, as a sign of freshness and guardian of a small layer of fat, rich in omega 3.
