Olearia San Giorgio snc was founded in 1992 by the Fazari family, now in its third generation. Today, the family, led by Mimmo Fazari, continues the exciting work of cultivating olive groves and producing extra virgin olive oils, which in the last decade have been accompanied by interesting production diversifications. Innovative oil extraction techniques in the company's cycle mill continuous with 3 production lines, these are our peculiarities; Added to this are long experience organizational care dedicated to the bottling, conservation and shipping phases.
