The Tremuse company is located in one of Calabria's most picturesque spots: Melia di Scilla, a hilltop village overlooking Calabria's Tyrrhenian coast, surrounded by the quintessential beauty of the Mediterranean landscape. This territory gives our work its identity and history. In 2018, the company began processing select raw materials. Processing takes place in our laboratory, where seasonal fruit and wild vegetables are preserved and pickled. This traditional production aims to revive the fine traditions of Calabrian recipes.
