CLAI is an agricultural cooperative that operates in the agri-food industry, both in the cured meats sector, specializing in the salami segment, and in the fresh beef and pork sector. It has two main plants: the one in Sasso Morelli di Imola (BO) is in charge of the production of cured meats and the one in Faenza (RA) is dedicated to the slaughtering and cutting of cattle and pigs, applying the most advanced operating procedures to ensure animal welfare and high-quality standards in the processing and manufacturing system.
