Compagnia del Pesto Genovese is a company born with the intention of producing the best known product of our land, the Genoese Pesto. Always linked to our traditions we produce using the best ingredients: Basil P.O.D, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parmigiano Reggiano P.O.D, Pecorino Romano P.O.D, Pine nuts, garlic and salt. Nothing else. A pesto with a delicate and creamy flavor.
We also created a new ready-made sauce, Gorgonzolata, the taste that wasn't there, original and exclusive. The traditional Ligurian Nut Sauce completes the range of ready-made sauces
